Reviewer needed: the future of peer review in academic publishing
- Abstract:
-
Academic peer review has come under increased scrutiny in recent years. While very few advocate for its removal from the academic process, alternative models of peer review have been introduced to address weaknesses in traditional peer review.
Join prominent speakers from F1000, Peer Community In, H-Net and eLife in a presentation and discussion on alternative models of peer review and how they see the future of peer review, including its position within the landscape of Open Scholarship and reproducibility.
