Abstract:

Vitamin B12 has been shown, by hydrolysis experiments, to contain 5:6-dimethylbenziminazole, ribose, phosphate, propanolamine, five or six amide groups, a cyanide group, and a cobalt containing fragment of unknown chemical composition.
