Functional genomics approaches to understanding heterogeneous tissues in health and disease

Abstract:

Functional genomics approaches offer an unparalleled window into cellular biology. It is particularly challenging to apply these methods to heterogeneous tissues, in which multiple cell types or transcriptomic identities co-exist.
