Abstract:

The binding of five 125I-labelled growth peptides (insulin, multiplication-stimulating activity (MSA), growth hormone (GH), epidermal growth factor (EGF) and platelet-deriyed growth factor (PDGF)) to chondrocytes isolated from rabbit and human cartilage, was examined.
