Virtually nilpotent mod-π Iwasawa algebras are catenary
- Abstract:
- Fix a prime π > 2. Let G be a nilpotent-by-finite compact π-adic analytic group, and k a finite field of characteristic π. We prove that kG is a catenary ring.
