Abstract:

Deep brain stimulation (DBS) has advanced the treatment of movement disorders, yet its conventional, open-loop paradigm can struggle to adapt to the fluctuating clinical and behavioural states that define conditions such as Essential Tremor, Parkinson's disease, and Tourette syndrome.
