Navigating precarity: the case of the publishing sector in Turkey

Abstract:

It is well documented that many hybrid regimes worldwide have witnessed an authoritarian turn in recent years. Incumbents in these regimes have sought to consolidate and extend their power through the use of legal institutions, as opposed to direct suppression.
