Introduction
The adjuvant treatment of colorectal cancer (CRC) has seen little improvement in terms of mortality of the disease in the last 40 years. There has been a resurgence in research into the use of monoclonal antibodies in the treatment of CRC. Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) is a useful target in cancer immunotherapy.
