Lymphocyte perturbations in Malawian children with severe and uncomplicated malaria

Abstract:

Lymphocytes are implicated in immunity and pathogenesis of severe malaria. Since lymphocyte subsets vary with age, assessment of their contribution to different etiologies can be difficult.
