La externalización de la protección internacional: la perspectiva de ACNUR
- Abstract:
- En los últimos años, algunos Estados han aplicado políticas y prácticas cada vez más restrictivas para disuadir a los refugiados y solicitantes de asilo de llegar a sus fronteras. Estas políticas de “externalización” son manifiestamente incoherentes con el espíritu de cooperación internacional plasmado en la Convención de 1951 sobre el Estatuto de los Refugiados.
