EEG signal processing in anaesthesia. Use of a neural network technique for monitoring depth of anaesthesia.

Abstract:

BACKGROUND: The Bispectral Index (BIS) is a proprietary index of anaesthesia depth, which is correlated with the level of consciousness and probability of intraoperative recall.
