Abstract:

FLT3 tyrosine kinase domain mutations (FLT3/TKDs) are associated with a favourable prognosis in acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), unlike FLT3 internal tandem duplications (FLT3/ITDs) that have a poor prognosis.
