STOCHSIMGPU Parallel stochastic simulation for the Systems Biology Toolbox 2 for MATLAB

Abstract:

Motivation: The importance of stochasticity in biological systems is becoming increasingly recognised and the computational cost of biologically realistic stochastic simulations urgently requires development of efficient software.
