Parapuzosia (Parapuzosia) seppenradensis (Landois, 1985) and the ammonite fauna of the Lower Campanian Dulmen Beds, Westphalia

Abstract:: The ammonite fauna of the Lower Campanian Dulmen beds of the western Munster basin is described based on Schluter's originals and comparative material from Westfalia and Lower Saxony. In this context Parapuzosia (Parapuzosia) seppenradensis (Landois, 1895) is redescribed and compared with contemporaneous European species of the genus. The biostratigraphical position of the Dulmen beds and possibilities of correlation are discussed. -English summary
