Freedom of will in civil law

Abstract:
The monograph is the first comprehensive study in Ukraine of theoretical and practical issues of freedom of will in civil law. This study recognises an in-depth analysis of new ideas and current international and foreign trends in the legal regulation of the problem under study. The research topic is relevant because freedom of will is central to all sub-branches and institutions of civil law, which determines the logic and scope of this study; each chapter provides a detailed analysis of the importance of freedom of will for a particular sub-branch of civil law. The study demonstrates how understanding the legal nature of freedom of will affects the solution to current topical civil law issues. The author analyses the interrelation of freedom of will, integrity and compliance with the legislation requirements. The author determines whether freedom of will is everyone's choice, whether it is the coercion of the State or fear of sanctions for violation of the law.
The monograph will be helpful for scholars, teachers, postgraduate students, students of higher education institutions, legal practitioners and the general public.
