FACTORIZATION OF TOTAL CROSS-SECTIONS AT HIGH-ENERGY

Abstract:: We show that, within a consistent picture of a Pomeron pole of intercept one which evades the decoupling arguments, total cross-sections should factorise in the energy reǵime where three and more Pomeron cuts are negligible. © 1973.
