Brexit a drama, the endgame - Part II: trade, sovereignty and control
- Abstract:
- This, the second in a series of articles on the processes leading to the UK's departure from the EU, reviews the extent to which the UK narrative of sovereignty and control was evident in the Trade and Co-operation Agreement between the European Union and United Kingdom 2020 and its implementing legislation. Details key aspects of the negotiations, which are treated as acts of a play. (See E.L. Rev. 2020, 45(2), 163-182 for Pt 1 of this article - link below).
