Exploring a year of administrative law adjudication in the Administrative Court
- Abstract:
- Analyses the 801 decisions of the Administrative Court in 2017, to draw the attention of legal scholars to areas of "inattentional blindness". Examines the aims of the study and its findings regarding types of adjudication, the parties and outcomes, the legal arguments involved, and the appealed cases. Suggests three questions for further discussion, including the location of judicial review in a broader legal structure.
