The genome sequence of the ichneunomid wasp, Ischnus inquisitorius (Muller, 1776) (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae)
- Abstract:
- We present a haploid genome assembly from an individual male Ischnus inquisitorius (ichneunomid wasp; Arthropoda; Insecta; Hymenoptera; Ichneumonidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 232.18 megabases. Most of the assembly (99.81%) is scaffolded into 13 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 29.53 kilobases. This assembly was generated as part of the Darwin Tree of Life project, which produces reference genomes for eukaryotic species found in Britain and Ireland.
