Dataset
Glycodeoxycholic and deoxycholic bile acids impair recognition and spatial memory in adult mice, and reduce central CREB-BDNF signaling and cytokine expression with neuroanatomical specificity
- Documentation:
- These data were created over the past 18 months as part of a UKRI grant. Mouse behaviour and brain gene expression data are in an SPSS file. Metagenomic data accrued from faecal samples and bile acid levels in plasma from mice included in the study are in Excel or CSV format so they can be used in most analysis packages, such as 'R'. A Word document detailing all the methods is also provided.
