Cryogenic 3D Printing of Super Soft Hydrogels

- Diplomová práce se zabývá tiskem hydrogelu z HEMA. V úvodu práci je shrnutý mechanismus vzniku polymerů a hydrogelu. Po rešerši možností vytlačování hydrogelu je navrhnuto a vytvořeno vytlačovací zařízení. Následuje popis modifikace hardwaru i firmwaru tiskárny Velleman K8200, které jsou provedeny tak, aby bylo možné vytlačovací zařízení implementovat. Pro převod G-kódu z čar na kapky byl v Matlab App Designer vytvořen software, jehož prostředí a fungování jsou na uživatelské bázi popsány. Poslední část práce obsahuje ukázku celé tiskárny a experimentálního tisku.The master thesis describes the 3D printing of hydrogel HEMA. The mechanism of formation of polymers and hydrogels is generalized in the thesis. After review, options of hydrogel extruding are proposed, and the extrusion device is created. Descriptions of hardware and firmware modification are described, so the extrusion device can be implemented in printer Velleman K8200 structure. There was created software for G code conversion from lines to drops in Matlab App Designer, whose environment and functionality is described on the user bases. At the end of the thesis, there is included a sample of the printer and result of experimental printing
