Abstract:

Dendritic cells (DCs) are important targets for dengue virus (DENV) infection and play a significant role in the early immune response. Antiviral effects of iminosugars against DENV in primary cells have been demonstrated previously in monocyte-derived macrophages (MDMΦs).
