A perfectionist original position?

Abstract:: In A Perfectionist Theory of Justice, Collis Tahzib offers an original reconciliation of perfectionism and contractualism. While ingenious, this reconciliation is unstable. I raise some questions about whether the perfectionist original position can firmly secure equal basic liberties.
