Documentation:
This is data related to the publication "Large-scale APT Data Mining: Methods and Application to Inform Hydrogen Behaviour". It contains data that isused for the research on this publication and which cannot be made publicly available (indefinite embargo). The files are: - A table of known Elements in APT datasets, used for spectrum calibration, as .csv and matlab .mat file - Two APT datasets which were used as search candidates (Bioglass and Inconel 718) in .pos format. A documentation of this format is found in the Appendix of the book "Atom Probe Microscopy" by Gault, Moody, Cairney, Ringer (ISBN:978-1-4614-3435-1) - The table of all spectra that were used for the research in this paper.
