Optimising lab X-ray computed tomography acquisition for high throughput characterisation of microstructured samples
- Documentation:
- Reconstructed subvolumes from X-ray computed tomography scans of lithium-sulfur (Li-S) and LiNi0.5Mn0.3CoO.2O2 (NMC532) electrodes. Data acquired using Xradia Versa 510 (Li-S) and X-radia Versa 630 (NMC532) laboratory X-ray CT scanners. Data reconstructed using Core Imaging Library python library. Data is in the form of 3d tiff stacks, recommended for opening in ImageJ (FIJI), python, or alternative image viewer.
