Ultrasound-enhanced thrombolysis using Definity as a cavitation nucleation agent.

Abstract:

Ultrasound has been shown previously to act synergistically with a thrombolytic agent, such as recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rt-PA) to accelerate thrombolysis.
