Op 10 april 2019 promoveerde Erinke van Grinsven aan de Universiteit Utrecht op haar onderzoek getiteld ‘Sources and significance of neutrophil heterogeneity’. Dit onderzoek werd uitgevoerd bij het Laboratorium voor Translationele Immunologie aan het UMC Utrecht, onder leiding van dr. Nienke Vrisekoop en prof. dr. Leo Koenderman. In dit artikel worden de belangrijkste bevindingen uit haar proefschrift weergegeven.
On April 10, 2019, Erinke van Grinsven defended her PhD thesis ‘Sources and significance of neutrophil heterogeneity’ at Utrecht University. The research was performed at the Laboratory of Translational Immunology within the University Medical Centre Utrecht, under supervision of dr. Nienke Vrisekoop and prof. dr. Leo Koenderman. In this article, the main findings of her thesis are discussed.
