Changing newsrooms 2023: media leaders struggle to embrace diversity in full and remain cautious on AI disruption

Abstract:: This annual report explores how news organisations around the world are adapting their working practices to external changes and internal dynamics, including hybrid and flexible working, the potential impact of AI on roles and workflows and strategies to cultivate a diverse, inclusive, and representative culture. The report is based on a survey of a strategic sample of news industry leaders from 40 countries.
