- La réinstallation est un élément important de la protection des réfugiés dans le monde. Cependant, elle est fondamentalement différente des systèmes d'asile territoriaux. La réinstallation doit compléter l'accueil des demandeurs d'asile mais ne doit jamais le remplacer.
