The genome sequence of Trimmer's Mining Bee, Andrena trimmerana (Kirby, 1802)
- Abstract:
- We present a genome assembly from afemale specimen of Andrena trimmerana (Trimmer's Mining Bee; Arthropoda; Insecta; Hymenoptera; Andrenidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 399.10 megabases. Most of the assembly (86.18%) is scaffolded into 5 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 19.77 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 10,570 protein-coding genes.
