- A compact “digital twin” model is created to unify ferroelectric switching, wake-up behavior, and optical (plasmonic) readout. The model uses domain-based switching plus calibrated electrical effects to accurately reproduce experimental polarization data across frequencies and cycles. It then links polarization to optical response without extra fitting, showing optical signals can reliably read ferroelectric device behavior.
