Methods development for structural biology

Abstract:

Two research questions are investigated here: the first, major, section addresses the problem of uneven distributions of dose (absorbed energy per unit mass) in crystals used for macromolecular crystallography (MX), and the second presents the develop- ment of a high-throughput metalloprotein characterisation technique, HT microPIXE.
