Lecciones de la respuesta a la sequía en Afganistán
- Abstract:
- La incapacidad de anticiparse a la sequía y de coordinar una respuesta efectiva y centrada en la recuperación contribuyó al desplazamiento prolongado de cientos de miles de personas en Afganistán. Ante los efectos de la crisis climática, será clave garantizar la preparación y la acción temprana.
