RNA:RNA interaction can enhance RNA localization in Drosophila oocytes.

Abstract:

RNA localization is a key mechanism for targeting proteins to particular subcellular domains. Sequences necessary and sufficient for localization have been identified, but little is known about factors that affect its kinetics.
