Booth https://doi.org/10.1364/OE.454912 This folder contains simulation and experimental data in forms of Matlab files and DAT files. The data is grouped by figure number in the paper. Inkscape software was used to create the geometrical reference images in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, as well as the system schematic diagram in Fig. 5. Matlab software was used to perform simulations, as well as analyse raw datasets and images from experiments.
