The seminal proteome of a monandrous fly, Drosophila subobscura

- MS/MS spectra were searched using Mascot (via PEAKS Studio) and MaxQuant (version 2.4.2.0). We excluded sparsely quantified proteins – having zero values in more than two samples (out of 10). The remaining missing values (0) were imputed using the missForest package. Label-free quantification (LFQ) values were normalised using variance-stabilising normalisation (VSN).
