Abstract:

The availability of the complete 1.83-megabase-pair sequence of the Haemophilus influenzae strain Rd genome has facilitated significant progress in investigating the biology of H.influenzae lipopolysaccharide (LPS), a major virulence determinant of this human pathogen.
