Self-Regulation and Executive Function Longitudinally Predict Advanced Learning in Preschool

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo conocer la proyección en el ámbito de las altas capacidades en la etapa de Educación Infantil a nivel internacional. Por ello se lleva a cabo una revisión sistemática basada en artículos publicados durante los últimos 5 años en las bases de datos WOS, Dialnet y Scopus tanto en inglés como español. Los resultados muestran que un 40,7% de los estudios identificados fueron realizados en 2020. Del total de artículos, el 92,6% son de intervención aplicada frente a un 7,4% que se basan en estudios teóricos. Las temáticas presentes continúan girando en torno a concepciones, mitos y creencias, así como a la detección. En conclusión, en los últimos años se ha investigado más sobre aspectos formativos y de detección, que sobre intervención; denotando la necesidad de mayor investigación científica vinculada con la respuesta educativa de calidad a edades tempranas que permita un desarrollo del talento positivo y una mejor calidad de vida individual y familiar.The aim of this research is to know the projection in the field of high abilities in the Early Childhood Education stage at an international level. Therefore, a systematic review was carried out based on articles published during the last 5 years in the WOS, Dialnet and Scopus databases, both in English and Spanish. The results show that 40.7% of the studies identified were carried out in 2020. Of the total number of articles, 92.6% are applied interventions compared to 7.4% based on theoretical studies. The themes present continue to revolve around conceptions, myths and beliefs, as well as detection. In conclusion, in recent years there has been more research on training and detection aspects than on intervention, indicating the need for more scientific research linked to quality educational response at an early age that allows a positive development of talent and a better quality of individual and family life.Grado en Magisterio en Educación Infanti
