In this workshop we’ll have a very brief refresher on how unconscious bias works, then take some time to consider, discuss, and explore:
- What increases our risk of relying on unconscious bias
- When our biases are most likely to have an impact on others
- How we can take steps – personally and professionally - to help address this.
