Consistency of aerosols above clouds characterization from A-Train active and passive measurements

This study presents a comparison between the retrieval of optical properties of aerosol above clouds (AAC) from different techniques developed for the A-Train sensors CALIOP/CALIPSO and POLDER/PARASOL.
