INSTRUMENTATION FOR NEUTRON REFLECTIVITY

Abstract:: The basic requirements for neutron reflectivity experiments are discussed, and some current instrumentation is described. Examples from the reflectometer CRISP are used to demonstrate the present capabilities of the technique and analysis methods in the context of surface chemistry and solid films. © 1991.
