Voluntary psychology graduate internships: conveyor belt of exploitation or stepping stone to success?

Abstract:
While volunteering has long been a valued part of the route to clinical training for many aspiring clinical psychologists, it presents a number of risks. This paper describes an attempt to reduce the risks through a coordinated ethical volunteering scheme.
