Mapping autism risk loci using genetic linkage and chromosomal rearrangements.

Abstract:

Autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) are common, heritable neurodevelopmental conditions. The genetic architecture of ASDs is complex, requiring large samples to overcome heterogeneity.
