- This data comprises a series of videos demonstrating interactions between the roots of various plant species and a strain of soil bacteria, Rhizobium leguminosarum biovar viciae 3841. These videos are the raw data which form the basis of analysis found in Chapter 6 of the doctoral thesis of Jack Parsons (to be submitted in Trinity 2019) and are referenced therein.
