Fabrication routes for thin-film solid-state batteries

Abstract:

Thin-film solid-state batteries have been studied since the 1950s, but it was the demonstration of remarkable cycling stability in an all-thin-film Li/LiPON (lithium phosphorus oxynitride)/LCO (LiCoO2) cell in the mid-1990s that captured the attention of the solid-state battery research community.
