The 'evanescent /l/' in Venetan: a preliminary EMA study
- Abstract:
- This study is the first articulatory investigation of the so-called ‘evanescent /l/’ in Venetan. We propose that this sound be transcribed as a non-syllabic [ɛ̯] or [ə̯] in the variety of interest.
