Three-dimensional in situ photocurrent mapping for nanowire photovoltaics.

Abstract:

Devices based upon semiconductor nanowires provide many well-known advantages for next-generation photovoltaics, however, limited experimental techniques exist to determine essential electrical parameters within these devices.
