Topochemical synthesis of novel electronic materials

Abstract:

This investigation is based on the topochemical modification of three set of phases: Sr3Co2O5Cl2, SrO(Sr(Ru0.5M0.5)O3)n (M = Ti, Mn, Fe; n = 1, 2, ∞), and SrO(SrVO3)n (n = 1, 2, ∞).
