Abstract:
This document proposes a conceptual framework to guide evidence synthesis and evidence translation for strengthening the implementation of foundational learning in education systems. It outlines key principles and components to support researchers and policymakers in applying implementation science and evidence utilisation approaches to improve educational outcomes.
