Homocysteine and brain atrophy on MRI of non-demented elderly.

Abstract:

Patients with Alzheimer's disease have higher plasma homocysteine levels than controls, but it is uncertain whether higher plasma homocysteine levels are involved in the early pathogenesis of the disease.
